Collected here are a sampling of our previous brews.  If any of these strikes your fancy we would be happy to brew them for your next event.  Should any of these spark your brewing interest, we would be happy to make that dream into a tasty reality.

A light red amber with a full malt body and a hint of smoke.  This beer is extremely easy drinking yet subtle and will full flavor.  An excellent beer to have "Standing By."

An American brown ale, generously hopped and dry hopped to produce a full bodied brown with a hop bite.  This beer is smooth and boozy, but with enough bitterness to make it highly enjoyable.  An excellent beer to plan a revolution to, or just play a hand of cards with.
